With the UltraSync app, you can effortlessly manage your security and automation control systems in real-time from virtually anywhere. Enhance the safety, comfort, and convenience of your UltraSecure products with the powerful features of UltraSync.

Please note that the functionality of this app requires compatible equipment and an UltraSync service plan. The available features may vary depending on your system and service plan.

Security:

Arm and disarm your system with ease
Check the status of doors and windows
Monitor specific areas like safes, liquor cabinets, or medicine cabinets
Ensure the safety of your loved ones and property
Receive notifications when children arrive home from school or leave the house
Keep an eye on your pets during the day
Track the history of users and events
View live video feed and event-triggered recorded clips from security cameras

Lighting:

Control your lights by turning them on, off, or dimming them

Geo Action:

Automate actions based on your location events when entering or leaving your home or business*

Door Locks:

Lock or unlock doors remotely

Thermostat:

Adjust the temperature and fan settings to your liking

Video:

Watch live video streams and recorded clips

Schedules and Scenes:

Create customized scenes triggered by specific actions. For example, when the system is disarmed, the house lights turn on
Create schedules to limit system access, such as allowing the housekeeper user account only on weekdays from 8AM to 12PM
Combine scenes and schedules for advanced automation. For instance, from Monday to Friday, after 10PM and before 6AM, when the system is armed, the app can automatically lock the doors, turn off lights, and set the thermostat to 70 degrees

Alerts:

Receive email notifications for system alerts, both emergency and non-emergency

*Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can significantly decrease battery life.
